Beth has been a psychotherapist in practice for over 25 years as a Trauma therapist, DBT therapist, Anxiety Specialist, Certified Life Coach, Meditation Teacher, and Energy Worker.  Early in her career as a Trauma therapist treating sexual abuse survivors, Beth went on a mission to find the most effective tools that truly create transformation.  Beth learned and experimented with hundreds of healing techniques and curated the most effective skills from Traditional Psychotherapy and combined them with the best tools from multiple Holistic Modalities.
